Grain & Flour

We encourage you to incorporate more ancient grains into your diet. This can be done by cooking the whole grains, sprouting them, or baking with freshly milled flour. It is a heartwarming experience and good for your health!

Flour

We always suggest using your family's favorite recipes and making substitutions in the flour. It is an easy change with great results. 

Spelt flour

Available in 5, 10, and 50 lb. bags

When making a substitution in baking, use about 1 1/4 cups spelt flour in place of 1 cup of wheat or regular white flour.

 

KAMUT® wheat flour
