Pizza Night       Friday & Saturday only

Welcome to the agri-tourism venture on our farm!  Our business consists of 2 divisions – bakery (which is wholesale and retail operating year round) and agri-tourism. We love to talk with people about food from the ground up.  Local eating and economy ties all of us to the growers or farmers.  Come explore how we connect the tourists with agriculture!

As proud members of Interlake Tourism Association, we hope you will enjoy some of the other wonderful places and people in the Interlake region.  Check www.interlaketourism.com

Awards we have received:

How Pizza Night Began
When we were doing research on wood-fired brick ovens, we came across stories of bakeries offering  pizza alongside their baked goods.  This appealed to us.  As we were building the brick oven in spring of 2002, friends suggested baking pizza as well!  Upon completion of the oven in July, we set out a few simple, hand painted signs along the highway advertising  pizza on Fridays.  People came to order pizza to take with them. One evening some friends came from _ hour away expecting to have a pizza party on the farm. This sent us scurrying for a table and chairs perfect for the 4 seniors in the group.  That was the start of the pizza picnics on the farm!  We headed to the store to purchase tables, chairs, and umbrellas. The invitation was extended to come and have a picnic on the farm. We have never regretted it!  The interest remains strong and is growing. We love to welcome our guests!

About our Pizza
We are choosing to make Integrity Foods’ pizza “one of a kind”. Every pizza is custom made to your request. It is delicious, wholesome pizza – 2 sizes.  The wood-fired baking makes for a sensational taste and experience.  You can watch the baking!

Crust: made with certified organic, stoneground spelt flour (we mill for freshness as needed). It is leavened naturally.    Rice crusts (gluten free) are available by order.

Meat: Bison (raised within 100 miles) is our low-fat selection. Grass fed.

Cheese: Manitoba Made Bothwell cheese is our only choice – except for the soy and rice cheese by request.

Veggies: as local as our garden when in season.

How it is baked: The crusts are pre-baked in the wood-fired brick oven. Pizzas are baked to perfection with the fire in the back of the oven. Talk with the baker to learn about wood-fired baking. Local birch wood is used to bake the pizza crusts and also the pizza.
Hope you enjoy it!!

Payment Methods
We accept cash and checks for payment.  Sorry, no credit card service available.

Entertainment on Pizza Night
Musicians welcome!!  We swap live music with pizza! !
Musicians or special features will be marked in the “Events Calendar”.
Sometimes our family members provide music.  Jason plays drums, Judith violin, and Rachel sings and plays piano.  Dwight, our brother-in-law and employee, also sings and plays piano.

What to do while on the farm
Please check out the “Points of Interest” section. We invite you to have a good experience on our farm. It is your “park” while you are here!

Rain Shelter
Don’t let rain keep you away. There is a rain shelter and a shed to keep you dry and hopefully also warm.
