Wholesale is our main market in the bakery division. We also do retail on our farm.  In fall, winter, and spring phone ahead to make sure we are home.  We do not have specific business hours during these seasons.  We always have some goods in the freezer if you happen to come when we are not baking. 

Our baking week fall to spring:
Monday – receive orders from the stores, expand the starter, mill flour, fire the brick oven, and other preparations for the week
Tuesday – baking all day
Wednesday – shipping goods by Greyhound or personally delivering, baking pita & pizza crusts
Thursday – baking all day
Friday – shipping goods via Greyhound or personally delivering, cleanup, yard and home projects
Saturday – business and personal projects
Sunday – closed

Hours:
We are open when we are home, except on Sunday.  We live here.  If you are coming a distance with Integrity Foods as your destination, you might want to call ahead to make sure we are home.  You can order ahead.  Check our baking schedule to see what is on.

Shipping:
If you are too great a distance from one of the stores we supply, we ship with Greyhound.  Call or email to check about prices and shipping rates.
